Today I was reading up on petrols. I've been hearing quite a bit about the V-power which has been the topic between my friends and myself past few days. Interesting point to note is that this petrol does more than its required job. It not only gives you the fuel to keep your wheels rotating but takes the extra step to keeping your engine clean and also actually cleans internal parts that have deposits built up, robbing your engine of power. Now that's what I call going beyond the call of duty. I was further drawn into reading up on this fuel and took myself to the forum where I wanted to see what people had to say apart from my friends who've tested and approved it. But I had a shock and had my hands on my forehead reading a women's comment. This is what the group of men were discussing when this women from wonderland decided to give her 2 cents worth.
Man 1: No, I'd say it's no different to 'BP Ultimate' or any of the other high octane fuels. They all have to meet the same standards so that they work in any petrol car, so there's normally not much to choose between them.
Man 2: Yes, I would. I have a Lotus Exige and have experience of professional rallying and F1 engineering. The octane rating in BP is it's trump card, whereas V-power has a high octane rating plus a different formulation to normal petrol. I can notice throttle response differences, albeit slight, between the two, as well as smoother power delivery when my power cam kicks in at 6200 revs. It would be very interesting to see a rolling road analysis between the two.
Man 3: Shell V-Power. The most advanced Shell fuel ever developed, Shell V-Power actively cleans critical engine parts. Specifically intake valves and fuel injectors. [And he goes on to explain in detail how it works providing some interesting statistics]
Me: Shell's V-power somehow stands out from the other fuels. Apart from a smoother power delivery in the revolution to throttle ratio, it produces more power than any other unleaded fuel. Recommended for higher boost applications with CRs up to 11:1 or naturally aspirated engines up to 13:1.
Women: It all comes from the same place, out of the ground. [She deserves a slap I think]
Bottom line? If you don't know nuts and something, just suck on nuts and keep absolutely quiet while doing so. Adios.

You don't know me, but I just stumbled in here & noticed u posted something on gaining mass. You're on the wrong track with 6 eggs (cholesterol; unless you consume ONLY the white. but still, SIX eggs is just OVERKILL), on the right track with your choice of meat, and most importantly, all of this WILL NOT WORK if you do not lift weights (and increase them as you go along). Increase your protein intake before & after your workouts; they help repair tissue damage which is inevitable & necessary for muscle/mass gain. Protein without pumping iron is useless. YOU mUST INCREASE THE WEIGHTS ONCE U CAN LIFT THEm ON THE LAST REP WITHOUT FEELING LIKE YA GONNA BUST A VEIN IN YOUR HEAD. If it starts to get too easy, up it. Push the limits. I get a high from it!
Yeah, I'm a chick, but I think I know what I'm talking about since this 'regime' helped me put on 7kg in 2 mths (with occasional protein shake - musashi brand & I gymmed twice to 3 times a week). It would be heaps easier for you given you're male and it's generally easier for guys to build muscle.
GOOD LUCK!!! :)
PS> Friends recommend GNC 100% Whey Protein. (But I think it tastes foul! And protein bars taste the worst)
